Kefir Cheese Breakfast Parfait

A quick and creamy kefir cheese breakfast parfait made with layers of homemade kefir cheese, fresh fruit, and a touch of honey.

Ingredients

  • cups kefir cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 5 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • cups fresh berries
  • cups homemade granola (or chopped nuts)

Instructions

  • Wash your berries thoroughly. If you’re using strawberries, chop them into bite-sized pieces. Smaller berries like blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries can be used whole.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the kefir cheese and honey until smooth. Slowly add in the milk, a little at a time, until the mixture reaches a thick, yogurt-like consistency.
  • In cups or jars, layer the kefir cheese mixture, fruit, and granola (or chopped nuts). Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with granola on top.
  • Serve the parfait immediately for the best texture and fresh flavor.
